Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya is a romantic comedy film starring Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon, directed by Amit Joshi and Aradhana Sah. The film is set in the era of artificial intelligence and revolves around the love story of a robot scientist (Shahid) and a female robot (Kriti). The film is produced by Dinesh Vijan, Jyoti Deshpande, and Laxman Utekar.

The film is scheduled to release on February 9, 2024, and has received a lukewarm response from the advance booking collection. According to a report on sacnilk.com, the film has collected ₹93.66 lakh from its advance booking for day 1. The film has sold an estimated 43,114 tickets across 7,185 shows. Maharashtra is the biggest market for the film with a collection of ₹39.49 lakh, followed by Delhi with ₹31.51 lakh. UP and Gujarat have tied in third place with ₹16 lakh each.

The film is expected to face competition from the Hollywood superhero film Madame Web, starring Dakota Johnson, which will release on February 14, 2024. Madame Web is a spin-off of Tom Holland’s Spider-Man series and is touted to be a part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The film is directed by Jon Watts and produced by Kevin Feige and Amy Pascal.

Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya has also undergone some changes by the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC). The film has been given a U/A certificate with a run time of 143.15 minutes. The CBFC has reduced the scene of sex act by 25%, replaced the word ‘daru’ with ‘drink’, and asked the makers to add the anti-smoking static message in Hindi in bigger and more readable fonts.

The film has received mixed reviews from the critics and the audience. Some have praised the chemistry between Shahid and Kriti, the humor, and the music of the film, while others have criticized the plot, the direction, and the portrayal of artificial intelligence. The film has a rating of 6.2/10 on IMDb and 3/5 on Times of India.

The film is expected to have a decent opening at the box office, but its performance will depend on the word of mouth and the reviews. The film will also have to face the challenge of the Covid-19 pandemic, which has affected the theatre business in India and abroad.
