India vs Bangladesh Live Score Today Match 2023: Match Summary

Bangladesh won the toss and opted to bat first, hoping to put up a competitive total against a strong Indian bowling attack. They got off to a solid start as Tamim Hasan and Litton Das added 93 runs for the first wicket in 18.4 overs.

Hasan was the more aggressive of the two, scoring 51 off 43 balls with five fours and three sixes. Das played a patient knock of 66 off 82 balls with seven fours.

However, their partnership was broken by Jadeja, who had Hasan caught by Shreyas Iyer at deep mid-wicket. Jadeja struck again in his next over, dismissing Najmul Shanto for 8.

Bangladesh then lost wickets at regular intervals as India’s spinners tightened their grip on the match. Kuldeep Yadav removed Mushfiqur Rahim for 38 with a brilliant catch by Jadeja at backward point.

Mahmudullah tried to revive the innings with a quick-fire 46 off 36 balls with three fours and three sixes, but he was bowled by a yorker from Jasprit Bumrah in the final over.

Bangladesh finished with 256 for 8 in their allotted overs, which seemed below par on a good batting surface.
